French Trawlermen/women

Am I the only one who see's double standards when it comes to the recent channel dispute.

Thousands of protestors clog London for the recent G 20 talks, a few hundred threaten our electricity supplies at Northfleet last year, and there are calls for the police to be 'softer' in their approach to the protesters.

A few fisherfolk are blockading the Channel Ports, and the cry goes up 'Stop them causing chaos' Are some forms of protest OK, but others not OK?

I think you miss the point Ken, tough policing is one thing.

What I object to is well paid professionals losing it and cowardly attack members of the public.
